The shorter has been counting on this - they really have to buy back ~ 19 million shares.
They must- Buy IPD shares on market, to close their short position.
Hence the price capping .. (perhaps also some trolling though it really depends on the Fund holders )
Nobody else has to buy shares other than the shorts nearterm although everyone is watching and monitoring for news, and signs of a turn etc.
Analysts have briefed the brokers etc and major shareholders, longterm holders- and all are positive , although longtermers with gritted teeth and annoyance for where we are shareprice wise, again .
