b77,Hanlong gives $1mil to get 14mil shares the other 2mil is a convertible bond for which we pay 8% annual interest.Areva have 47.5 mil shares.Still our biggest holder by a long shot.
As I posted last week,Chinese investors do have deep pockets and access to finance not readily available elsewhere but they are also canny negotiators and I believe they saw our desperation for funds. They picked us up for a steal.(sorry John Young)but when I last spoke to our Ceo he didn't like the idea of cap raising in the .06--.08 price range,so you have to ask the question ...who OK'd this deal.. the directors who want a pay rise???

hereandnow,your right we're starting from financial scratch,it will hold around .10c while new buyers get on the share registry to qualify for the .07 SPP then watch the share price.
All other funding is under an MOU, circumstances change it's no guarantee.
Areva paid .18cps it's Hanlong that got it for peanuts!!


It's along march from here,sentiment now is sub .10cps and in 12 months time when the $5mil is almost gone then what another issue to Hanlong at$.0?.
