falling out of the ASX200 would be worth it if you can promise me that SS and Vanguard stock goes straight to the shorters who close out, and that Macquarie refinance is across the line. From an SP perspective, staying in the ASX200, and securing the refinance (eliminating CR speculation) could see a scramble from the shorters to cover. As SH, we won't have any control over how it pans out, next 60 days or so will tell the story.
