The indications from the company are that the FDA have only requested a change to labelling and that they should have included any other issues at that time and hence that there are no other issues to address. If there were further labelling issues which delayed the approval there is no suggestion that , however unlikely, that would mean it cannot be approved. The suggestion that it would be the case is misleading.
