I thought one of the KPIs was to extend the mine life by one year.
I guess if you reduce shipments you can do that.
Not happy with incentives as look weak for anyone to achieve.
The other KPI was to increase share holder value by more than 15% but then it dates back to 2009. Does not seem good to me as increase more to do with the GFC rectification (increase in iron ore per tonne) than management know how.
Only my opinion and it may not be a good one at that.
