Share price says there will be no shortfall taken up tomorrow. If Scotty doesn't take up some shortfall, and whilst releasing Condor announcements, kind of sends a grim message to shareholders that he's abandoning them.
Whilst I'm pretty certain that's not the case, I could be interpreted that way.
Unless this is all part of the plan so Zanu-PF members can scoop up cheap shares in IVZ. Then so be it!
