Those incentive plan trigger points are... incredibly optimistic? to say the least. Everybody wins if the share price even manages to hit the first tier but it's going to take a mammoth effort from the company to get this share price moving. They've been kicking goals for the last year and the SP just wont budge. The market is seemingly just not interested in IAM currently for some reason.
