there is nothing in your posting style that you are effective in tte way you handle adult bullies where you don’t have positional power. to my reading you simply push and bully back.

But I’m curious - how do you handle them ? What do you do that makes you effective? How do you judge your performance with bullies? Do you know if you’ve stopped them being a bully or just shut them down?

what lessons can we learn from you about handling bullies?
