The offtake buyer for NS was mentioned to me in writing shortly after being threatened with legal action for saying the board should step down the day when the Arb result was announced to market.
I mentioned ASIC wouldn't be too happy about this, but not like they care with the amount of retractions the last 2 years, think I counted a dozen.
certainly have zero regrets selling if that's how they go about business. Since then threatening legal action with the con note holder it seems it must be chaos in the front office. Not to mention must make any JV partners thinking wether they are going to be on the end of a lawsuit aswell.
