That's interesting, because I also pulled out of the DRP after seeing the SP drop and knowing the DRP was going to to $1+ higher (I had only just joined the DRP a few days before the announcement), but I did so electronically. No need to fill out a paper form.
I wonder why it was different for you?
Anyhoo, I agree it was disappointing to have the announcement made so late and give SH very little time to react.
