I think he means the total value of assets would be at least $1 a share, which is to say they are worth $218M. No idea how he's come to that, seems like a guesstimate. I actually think all of Synlait's assets are worth 3-4 times that but that is just my own guestimate here. We also know they are worth much less than Synlait think they are.
