hence why I said - too early to call it.
but I see some early signs and if they do plan to exit they are not going to do it with massive fire-sale and exit everything in a week. it will be slow gradual process that will take few years.
one has to monitor how much Chinese investment enters Oz and how much exits - if the money are flowing out of Oz it means the Chinese are exiting. Also to monitor the scale.
