Not sure it's much of revelation the funding gap existed - it was pretty obviously the case when the two directors left and then the company went straight into a TH after listing.
Though it is at least interesting that there may be obtainable evidence within Australia it existed. Hopefully the top 5 go after management & their insurers after assets are returned. Might give us a chance to participate in a CA. Though more than likely won't happen, would be nice to see it given how much it has ended up costing LT holders in terms of this company and Leo.
Anyone wanting any legal action would have done well 18 months ago to seek the BOD retain/provide all email servers the company used over the period.
I'd bet they've all made a one way trip to the Junkyard or bottom of the Swan by now.
