As for the ACCC delay, that doesn't really come as much of a surprise to me.

By the nature of the business model, AND have access to, and deal in, very commercially sensitive information (even information that is politically sensitive, at times). [*]

So, the powers-that-be will be wanting to properly understand the issues around the probity and integrity attributes of the new owners of the business.

[*] the ability to do so in a secure and trustworthy manner was a big part of the investment appeal of the stock for me to begin with.
