    According to the March 2024 Quarterly Report the company was notified that the Judge would reach a decision by the end of May (presumably 2024) in the Mt Gox case, whatever that means! So we should be due an update. I presume the decision relates to the company's Summary Judgement Application and I further presume that if Judgement is granted that DCC can then request that the Liquidators of Mt Gox transfer the bitcoin in dispute to DCC.
