No one has suggested the obvious here; the sale by the directors appears to have been planned and not just an opportune sale on a view that the sp had peaked.
My punt is dickson is on his way out.
The planning suggests they needed the money.
Whilst some follow directors trades when choosing to buy or sell I find directors no better than anyone else in picking future sp direction.
