The bus loads of people per day travelling to Mexico to get MSC therapy seem to get on social media to sing the praise, but I am yet to see one negative post. It is a natural product that is readily available otherwise the increasing numbers wouldn't have access to it.
Clearly the cost isn't prohibitive as the numbers keep increasing.
I do take your point that, if in the many years to come iPSC's are proven to be safe, then they could well be what a mobile phone is to a land line phone technology.
I think at the moment the smart investors have their money on what is near before they look at the technology that could be a decade plus away.
