Lively posts and imaginations running wild. The only thing that we don't require an imagination for is the level of disrespect that SM is showing to shareholders. He obviously doesn't ive a rat's about us poor buggers especially since we didn't fall for the last CR and pony up an extra $13m or so for the team at IVZ to squander on whatever takes their fancy. In fact if we had have taken up that offer we would most likely have ad the flow test results by now and the deepening of M2 results as well. The SP most likely would be 18 cents plus now as the LA and the flow test results would have shown the market what really lies below the surface in the IVZ basin. New name for it "IVZ Basin".
Weird eh...if we had thought about it we could have taken up the offer SM would have deepened M2 and LA plus flow test would have lifted the SP back toward 20 cents again.
Dang why didn't we do a conditional deal with IVZ? OK boys we put in the money at 13 cents per share (plus oppies) but you guys have to do deepening of M2 (No 1) and flow test (No 2)
We ain't that smart when you think about it...that was the strategy no one thought of it and now we sit in no man's land with a dirty old desert for our trouble. It was a give a sprat to catch a mackerel moment...SP would be 3 bags on what it is now and investors lined up with bags of cash...PPSA would have been fast tracked most likely. Not enough nouse between us to see the forest for the trees Geez! Thinking laterally now...how to get out of this and get the chops to do the job?
