Rare economic levels off critical rare earth metals has a 100% supply shortfall in any scenario. The U.S is screaming out for these elements for its military.
Nd and Pr the common valuable light rare earth elements are far more easily upscaled through existing hard rock mining deposits. Things like Td, Dy, Ga, Ba, In are so hard to find in economic scenarios.
