So, were the replacement Asra options exercisable at 0.1c ? (essentially automatically making all options deep in the money?)
What was the Asra share price at the time?
If BPH did that, they'd be allowing all option holders to convert all their optiobs for next to nothing and dilluting all non option holders.
Sounds like a shitty deal for non option holders...
