Oh dear, oh dear. Flaring is from the top of a flarestack and is to burn off excess gas. The production facility will have its own flare for the same reason.
SN’s given reasons for not doing a proper test are spurious and it is clear that the market has not bought the W7 rhetoric such as it was.
