Yeah, it's a good question. There's a couple of small-time news items on a news search, none of them really that big an item that you'd expect to really affect price.
Possibly its a combination of Tribeca backing off on the buying now that they are substantial, or of others being disappointed by the new substantial owner (who had lifted volumes and prices for a month or so, IMO) not being from a group who would attempt a TO offer.
It's been a good run here for a little while, so possibly just a downgrade on relative value. Plenty of small brokers/Reseach-houses out there that might not get much publicity outside their Client set.
