I have reached out to the company for some clarification regarding the water permits review. The points that I took away are

✅ No impact on the Sample Demonstration Plant as there is a temporary brine extraction permit in place.

✅ This means FEED and other project milestones can be progressed.

✅ Not anticipating this to take as long as we have seen with Paradox

- State Engineer will review concerns put forward and make their decision as per their process.

I gather that it probably isn't a surprise that people or groups with their own interest put in objections where they can, much like in Aus. The Green Merits will serve us well imo.
