One thing that in notably different here compared to WA1 is the extent of the visual minerals (presumably nb) found at surface . WA1 assays range from 30m - 130m+ deep before assayed material starts.
This could be a very economical mine to start with no over burden and straight into high grade.
Hopefully coming assays show width over multiple targets at surface then if future drilling proves similar depths to WA1 no reason why this could not share the same $1b + market cap.
They may only be rock chip samples coming but if grade is extreme this could be very surprising for some.
