This whole thing is a waste of time. Why?
Because if the ICSID finds in Congo's favour EQX will pay.
But if the tribunal finds in EQX's favour the Congo will simply ignore any judgement and not pay a dime. There is not a thing anyone can do to make them pay.
See other cases where judgements handed down against the Congo and see what happened.
It's like the ICC, IPCC, UN... it's all one sided lawfare. 3rd world shitholes simply ignore international law.
