WTF??
It seems most explorer/ developers are being sold off more than producers. I think it's because there's a fear that further capital will be required and it will likely be more dilutive given the current market pricing levels.
PMT is in that no man's land period where there's little catalysts to upward price momentum, so the shorters (and non-believers) can be confident to further pressure price to the downside.
It's going to take a surprise announcement to turn this around short term (and some more positive market sentiment for the longer term turnaround).
