I'm not getting it.
in escrow ... with 83% holding worth some 800mil? yet MC is 70mil?
1.5 billion shares, with options more,
so if valuation is correct that would put EUR at roughly 60c ,
when financiing is had a 50% in put into development, is it about 400mil need to finance...
so.... end of escrow, EUR look to sell a large bit of its holding... to a big hand of cash from a major player for equity. ?
so if cash is had that way, maybe 30c is more the go per share... but who is going to invest?
of course my figure as just brainstorming, thats if i had a brain.
with the sadias involved would they be investing via nasdaq inot that 83%
