You seem a bit confused. As I already said it's well known there's stock they can't move.

What I am saying is that there is a market for the product in China. Even more so for the goat formula. I've seen recent market reports of a rebound in China infant formula sales, and in particular, goat formula. So they absolutely should be producing this stuff. The problem is they still have a poor distribution strategy so they a fumbling the opportunity.
