Sometimes when someone tells you "its not the size that's most important", they are lying ...

But on a more serious note, proving concepts only get you to Phase 1 or 1(b) trials. IMU has been proving (or failing to prove) concepts for over a decade. Does little for patients or investors.

But even it that were true, she'd have had to be involved in over 190 before joining IMU. When Leslie was promoted from IMU's COO to its CEO in November 2016, her salary was increased from AU$275,000 to AU$300,000. So when she joined IMU in September 2015, she did so for the equivalence of US$192,000 (AUD = USD 0.7 at the time).

If she really was a high-flying Genentech executive who had been involved in over 200 clinical trials, why would she relocate to Australia, join a penny-dreadful Aussie biotech as its COO, on less than US$200K? IMO that sounds more like the action of a failed minor BP executive. You sure you got your much-vaunted research right there TB?

As for "implying she has steered IMU in the wrong direction" - there no implication at all. She has.

If discontinuing 10-years investment in the B-cell platform and seeing a $3.5b valuation plummet to under $500m is steering IMU in the right direction, where would it be if she'd gotten it wrong?
