Also worth noting of Nan + Jeremy, despite holding plenty of incentive options, continue to add to their holdings.
Since March 2021, Nan has added 18m units ($331k) at an average price of .0185. Jeremy King has added 4.6m units ($79k) at an average of .0172.
Nan's disclosed salary for 2022 and 2023 amounts to $413k pre-tax. Hats off, Nan has quite literally invested every cent she has earned through ECS back into shares, it says a lot about her confidence in the business.
One would think that these two would not be investing substantial cash positions into a failing company. There is a blatant disconnect between share price and company value. I will personally look back at my continuous posting and see the Price at Posting 1.6c and wonder if I had the ability to have been financial enough to have increased my holdings.
