Downturn in interest rates is taking longer than expected. It's more likely we'll see the bottom of the cycle around 2026/27. If the real estate man, Donald Trump wins the election, rates will start coming down faster as he will be looking after his own interest first. Australia is usually 6-12 months behind. Health stocks will be benefiting and Race will be shining star come 2026/27.
