my understanding is that they also use "buffering" when rebalancing otherwise you would have the situation that companies would be falling in/out of index every time. Basically it can mean company's in certain parameters have to be materially worse/better than #100 to fall out of / into the index
IMO TLX was never going to make this one. I would be mildly surprised if it makes the next quarter
