I'm pretty comfortable. Whilst the economy is slowing down, infrastructure spending isnt, and the housing crisis isnt going away. We desperately need to be building more. This will come to benefit ACF over the next 2-3 years as construction turns the corner.
Their dominant position in QLD is also a real boon longer term as strong price growth in QLD home prices makes development in that state more viable and we approach the Olympic games and the public spend accompanying it.
