Common sense hopefully.
Dilution normally equals a drop, fair enough, but, the cap raise directly improves the likelyhood of SP increase , i.e. phase 3.
And.. the argument that the bump would have been bigger is moot, as the bump relies on phase 3 which can't exist with the cap raise.
