It appears Mr Lane has appointed a very capable man to run the operations in the USA and a capable man to look after the Australian business so maybe this could be the perfect opportunity for him to move on and share his expertise elsewhere and let the new team have a go and creating shareholders wealth as the only wealth he created has been for himself at the expense of long suffering shareholders
