no ...we have discussed one point in particular so far which you brought up ...cis doesnt agree with 2030 as a starting point for costing....there has to be a starting point ...just because cis dont agree with doesnt make it right...10 yrs of inaction on renewables and transmission lines seems to not fiy their agenda
