You mean a voluntary suspension? In the Africa Energy Summit presentation they clearly stated that the PPSA is the key item now to finalise in order to bring in Project partners and carry on with the program. I completely agree - you can't squeeze govts. So in the absence of funding & if they have committed to no more CRs then the PPSA is a milestone that is entirely outside the control of management right now but upon which the entire timing of the program depends. Surely that's grounds to request a voluntary suspension until that milestone happens? They could still carry on with all the discussions and behind the scenes work but at least the share price mayhem could be prevented.
