And his team ain't bad either. But it's results that count. Invested in RF1 and their Aust Long / Short Fund (which is true to label). Plus I own RPL. They continue to out-perform.HMC > Emerged as a leader in the REIT and alternate assets space. No office exposure. These guys have pulled off some amazing deals and continue to grow. DYOR. And thanks to Auscap for the research lead.Wilson Asset Management > A suite of reliable LICs. However more so for increasing levels of fully franked income than capital growth.Schroders Private Equity Fund - This is my largest super holding at an individual fund level. Its hard to find an asset class that doesn't correlate to market gyrations. These guys have performed very well. Once again DYOR.

Stumped. Agree with most and have similar interests. In Eley Griffiths, sent off the Appln today for Auscap, In RFL, and LSF, Wilsons ??? Im not so hot on as I was. Dividends are no compensation for a lack of capital gain ?
