Technical changes in price clearly show the cycle changes over time, very significant changes, 5 year period.
The experienced , would purchase at a level of risk tolerance plus 1.5c.
I personally think we are seeing the start of a new cycle.
This means big profit to those who can sit and hold up to a period of 3 years. 3 years was the duration of the prior action.
