Well one thing is for sure that the good fight isn’t over just yet of investors disapproval actions by former CEO and current board/Chair (bar Alex) isn’t going to stop any time soon, imo those accused of wrong doing are walking a tight rope and perhaps why the boards consensus of constant silence.
