I don't disagree, I've lived and breathed how hard it is to get into the market. Trying to buy land and each developer has basically a different lottery system/game to get a priority number to potentially buy a block of land.
The system sucks but you either adapt or get left behind. There's too many vested interests for a reset to ever happen. Look at the current immigration numbers it's a clear strategy to prop up the market. Creates enough demand to swallow up any distressed selling.
