Sure Azer cell came with the facility. But if this was part of the initial plan (back in August 2023) then why did they have the following slides in presentations that followed in Aug 2023, Sept 2023, November 2023 (see below) that had a focused slide on the manufacturing facility?
It seems like they pivoted early this year to getting rid of facility to save funds. When they released the details on the sale of facility, you'll notice there was a lot of language around saving funds.
no biggie - better to realise something is not working and move on, but that's what appears to me.
