You are missing the point, and I'll repeat I am a BIG supporter of the company.

The increases are paltry when compared to their current holdings which were largely issued by the company in consideration of their ongoing roles.

In the case of Dadi, he is a multi multi millionaire (over $500mio), and his holding in WBT is paltry when compared to holdings he has elsewhere.

Executives are somewhat restricted in liquidating their large holdings holdings given the negative implications of disposing of such to the share price.

There are very narrow windows for directors / executives to increase their holdings and this signals that we are some time away from any material announcement. As @Bren19 pointed out: 'A restricted person can not purchase shares with insider knowledge - there is no ifs but or maybes'.

I'm not saying the announcement is a negative rather I am not reading too much into the limited number they have acquired on market. The message is there is unlikely to me a material announcement in the short to medium term. If you are a big believer (like me) this may signal an opportunity to increase your holding.
