I am not a lawyer but I think that if a "reasonable person" test was applied, they fail. Call it a pub test, same same. I think there is corrupt behaviour being exhibited, and thatis for one reason, and one reason only, to prevent Albanese being labelled a promise breaker or a liar. The longer they leave this, the deeper the hole they bury themselves in. Every FOI release, every public statement they make, it leaves a trail, words matter.

Leftfield recent thought, MK recused herself 3 years after the fact because she doesn't want the inevitable exposure of corrupt practices to tarnish her Ministry/career.
