I believe you are in touch with the Management.

I concur that any news stating that they are slowing down or halting construction where it is will be a good news and the SP i think will find itself close to 30 cents.

Please if u deal directly with them, let them know that there will be no impact to the SP if they announce Phase 2 mining approval without having Phase 1 FULLY FUNDED.

The order of things should be :-

1. Get Phase 1 fully funded.
2. Announce Phase 2 Approvals
3. Export Permits legally obtained
4. Offtake for Phase 2 + Prepayment + Funding + small CR if required.
5. Start of construction for Phase 2

anything without Phase 1 being fully funded will be futile and might drag the SP much further down. Especially if we get Phase 2 Permits the market might freak out given the board has a history of charging into construction without being fully funded.
