ECS is constrained in terms of sales by their production. If we do not have a grown and processed product to sell, we cannot sell it. The recent ECS instagram video has them state that this will be ECS's largest crop by double and a half". Now take into account the increased margins on vertical products and the operating SunPharma extractor, take into account the extended GMP license to keep more processing in house, the rising global prices of Cannabis, the increased demand for organic and reliable products. Take into account the "free cash" from the capital raise that is being utilised to further increase this production capacity, despite the shareholder dilution, cash without debt or ongoing interest repayments is nothing but positive.

The last 4Q sales of near $20M are based on historical harvest amounts. Now double that, add a half, deduct the outgoings, increase margins on sales. Now would you, in your investment position, consider ECS in a better or worse position than this time last year. There is $4.7m cash on hand, $2m accessible via NAB loan facility.

If ECS is trading under my valuation, which they are, very heavily, I buy. I have continued to add to my position over the last few weeks. Here's hoping that my persistence pays off. Likewise with every other holder here, as well as Nan + co who have continued to accumulate to the best of their abilities in the past 2 years.
