No. The US government has got no plan B in Ukraine and the US economy needed a kick, so the Ukrainians are giving back 90% of the US aid to Washington, and that money is keeping the weapons factories working 24/7.
Great business model. Russia did not use ‘a maximum force’ model in Ukraine in 2022, because it did not want to, even though it had ample capacity to do so. Imagine what 1000 planes and 100s of missiles could do to a country in 1 day. Did not happen.
