Well, most of Ukraine is without electricity.
My business needs electricity, so I have packed my bags, said goodbye to my employees, and tomorrow I will temporarily relocate elsewhere, only periodically coming back to see people and family.
Winter is going to be a big shock to this country, and I will probably have to fire the people working for me, because a business needs money, and money requires electricity. I know it, they don't.
The situation won't get easier, Ukraine is in for a shock, or rather, Ukrainians are in for a shock.
