Yes, PH selling 3% of his holding is "director selling" lol. I suspect the cash burn won't be $25M but $20M per quarter now and IMU still have at least $35M in R&D tax for this and last financial year so there there will be a CR this time next year. Currently the pps is at 6c despite the big volume sell this week so not sure what you mean about the edge of 3-4c.
