    I remember the sale at the time and hence the no dilution excuse. I also remember the bod getting options and I don't remember them converting those options as the sp fell when they were to materialise
    So bod got their windfall cash
    Sparta got scammed
    Bod got options for nothing and let them expire
    Vrx's bank account remained up sh.. t creek.
